All orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee, which covers shipping and handling.

Orders can take 1-2 business days to process before shipping out. For body armor orders please consider body armor lead times which will be stated on the armor listing. 

Cancellation – 

Orders that are cancelled before the item has been shipped will receive a full refund.
All cancellations must be received during normal business hours (8am to 4:30pm EST).

Orders cancelled after item has shipped will adhere to our “Return Policy” terms and conditions.

Returns – 

Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date, if the item is defective, it will be eligible for a full refund or a warranty replacement. Return shipping is at your expense.

Body Armor Return/Exchange Policy:

Steel Body Armor: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this 7-day window. All Steel Body Armor will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer (Tacticon), at your expense.

Composite Body Armor: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for composite body armor, regardless of the time frame.
